Immediately after purchasing an order, all customers will receive an email confirmation. As soon as we have processed payment, we begin preparing your order for shipping. When the order is completely packaged, we then arrange for your order to be picked up by our freight delivery service at no additional cost to the costumer.

- Costumers will receive a phone call by the assigned freight driver to schedule an appointment for more convenient delivery.
We advise that customers thoroughly check the contents of their order for damage before accepting delivery. If there is any damage to the order, we ask that you notify the drivers and photograph the damage for insurance purposes.
